For Publishers and Creators
Embed it, download it in any shape, or put your own logo on it. It’s free, it takes seconds, and it’s built for how you publish — articles, newsletters, Instagram and TikTok.
Three ways to use it
Use it free — no account
Embed any map with one line of code, download it as an image or an animated video in any shape, or share a short link that opens your map. Every election from 1789 to 2024 is here too.
Publisher account — free, approved by hand
Your logo and colors on every map you make. Saved maps whose embeds update everywhere when you change them — with the date they changed — or stay pinned to the version you wrote about. And a dashboard showing how often your maps are viewed, and on which sites.
Forecaster listing — by invitation
If you publish your own state-by-state ratings, they can appear on the Forecasters page and count toward the consensus map. Get in touch.
The ground rules
- Free for editorial use — news, analysis, commentary, newsletters, video.
- Keep the credit line. “Map: electoralvotemap.com,” linked where links are possible.
- Your forecast is yours. Label it as your map; don’t present it as Electoral Vote Map’s forecast.
- Don’t alter historical results. Past elections are records, not scenarios.
- Publisher accounts are for publishers and creators — news outlets, newsletters, independent analysts and video creators. Not campaigns, parties, PACs or advocacy groups.
